Default 2wd truggy

It seams like theres lots of $100 truggy rollers roaming around these days and this could be a very fun class to run. I love 1/10th 2wd, but it's tough to run on most 1/8th scale tracks. You can remove all the front drive line parts & put play dough in the center diff to make a truggy 2wd.

sounds like it would be kinda cool. I always wanted AE or Losi to put out a nice 4WD 10th gas truck

1/10th scale is not the way to go because of breakage. People are contempt w/ 40 mph cars on these tracks & the heavier you make it the tougher you can make it.

play dough in the center diff would last a whopping lap or 2 before the bevel's turned it into Powder.

I raced gas truck for over 7 years, I know all about peoples concern for breakage, however, if someone can drive a gas truck well, as I did, there was no problem, I very rarely had issues

+1.. I wish there was such a thing as 1/8 scale 2WD nitro and electric classes. I like simplicity, 2WD is easy to work on. It'll never happen, the manufacturers have it too good selling us 3 diffs per car! They would be harder to drive, but much easier to tune.

As far as locking the center diff and removing the drive to the front wheels. It would work in theory but it would drive like crap. It would understeer really bad.

converting 1/8th buggy into 2wd sc would be tempting too.
