Hey guys, I've got two questions,

Are tables and chairs provided?

Is there a hobby shop near the track that has O'donnell 30%?

If your flying in, you'll probably end up buying a table and chair and leaving it to a local.....

The Odonnell team will be there, I'm sure you could persuade a gallon fom one of them

hey bcrazy,

what kinda set-up do you reccomend for the rc8?
like tires, tire compounds, setups for car.
any info that you can give would be FANTASTIC!
the help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff and Rachel Freeman

I am going to start with this set up from the worlds race. This is very similar to Cav's set up from the 2008 Nitro Challenge with the exception of the batt and steering mod. I ran this set up at a few races last year and felt good with it. I do not have the steering or batt mod done yet but hope to before the race next week. I looked for the latest set up from the 2009 Nitro Challenge but most of the team guys were running updated shock towers along with other mods so I dont think that set up would apply.

As far as tires go I understand that m3 hole shots are doing well. Some of the guys have been running soft AKA City Blocks and I-Beams. I also tried soft Panther Gators and Komoto Dragon IIs last year and they worked well.
I have only raced there once but I have been watching the SGrid for set-up and tire ideas. Hope this helps. See you there.

Toby,
Track looks cool so far. I'll be there Thursday nite with my crew from Kingman, AZ.
Bigedmond,
Thanks for adding me on your myspace bud. Maybe we'll race together?

Chuck

Sounds like typical spring in Vegas Still only 27 deg here today and its almost noon. 40s is shorts and t shirt weather for me........J/K I hope it warms up but if not I'll be prepared. I know the wind there can be very cold.
See you all in a couple days
