AKA City Blocks (soft), Proline Holeshots (M3) and JConcepts Sevens (Blue) all seemed to be working pretty well. AKA City Blocks were run in truggy by Ryan Lutz and Steve Antill, they finished 2nd and 3rd respectively at the warm-up. Drake won truggy and buggy but im not sure what tires he was running.

I'm not local but I can tell you my findings as far as AKA tires go. I tried I-beams first in buggy but they were a tad loose. Tried Cross Braces which felt good and solid. Then tried each combination of CrossBrace and Cityblock then went to all Cityblock. I found the Cityblocks all the way around on that track gave the most forward and side bite. They weren't to edgy and I think they were the best all around tire out there!
Truck I only ran Cityblocks and they ran very good as well!

Default tires

M3 Holeshots that are narrowed (like at The Dirt) will definitely be dialed in truggy as well

I had a good feel with truggy running jconcepts double cross

Buggy was ok, with bow ties, but soft ibeams would have been better.

i took notes at practice the other day and this is what i have.

Diffs: 5/5/3 or 7/7/5

Suspension: i ran progressive springs in qualifiers, and it felt great.

Tires: I tried the VP-Pro Strikers, Holeshot M3, Revolver M3, I-Beam, and Grid-Irons.

I personally like how the VP-Pro felt, they ad traction all around the track, next best tire i would say would be the revolvers and then the soft ibeams.

Question about the track.

Is the layout seen at the warm-up race going to be the same layout for the actual race, or are they going to change it?
