As for buggy, the molded proline [blue] works well, its slightly firmer.than the HB foam, but is more.readily All the new HB tires are great for 1/10th and.1/8th.

We need truggy foams.

if you use the AKA grooved foams then they aren't firm. the ofna foams are way to soft and flex to much and give no side bite IMHO.

in buggy, all i ran was AKA grooved or VP Pro closed cell foam (black).

Yep, big dremel/drill with a sanding attachment, works perfect.
Does make a mess though.

Haven't used them in my HB tires yet but Sweep grooved foams fit perfectly in the HB tires, they work great in the Sweep tires so hopefully they work good in the HB's.

Bumping this thread back up. If you have not tried the HB Line of Tires, Try them.

bow tie premounts seem to be out of stock everywhere, I've been watching the khaos premounts how are they? The foams any good? are these tires similar to bow-ties?
Are the premounts any good do they stay glued?
Thanks for any feedback.

Yes, The HB version of a Bowtie is the Khaos. Its a great tire, The premounts are glued Very Well. They come with the HB Red Molded Inserts. They will handle very simular to a Bowtie, But have much better wear.

you can run pink megabites just about anywhere and be in the ball park laptime wise. Pretty much the only tire I carry beside some soft impacts.
