MAXX Suspension, inner shocks??
i've been lookin at what people have done to their tmaxx's to convert them into racers, and some of the better ones have taken off the inside shocks and used links to secure the shock tower to the body to keep it from bending from lack of the inner shock... so my question is...
instead of getting some links to secure the tower...
can i just take off the spring of the inner shocks? would they function more like the proline racing shocks with the dampeners? or is that a waste of time?
i'd test it out more myself but the trucks kinda undergoing a rebuild at the moment...

securing the shock tower is a lot better way of doing it for the simple fact that even though you have 4 shocks up from your shock tower still moves. the other way to elliminate that is to get the alluminum towers and bulkheads. it would benefit you more if you secured them directly.
