How is the track holding up?
Let you know tomorrow & thanks!

Man I am so jealous!! The tracks hear in the south region are nothing like that! Those buggies in the video are putting on a spectacular air show. That is what I like in a track, a lot of jumps. Awesome.

Most drivers like a challenge.
This is not the "nitro easy" as joey said during the drivers meeting this morning.

+1, you can go out in the street in front of your house and go fast! The best part of driving on a track is the technical parts and the jumps!!! OHH THE JUMPS!!!!

all i gotta say is i had the worst luck this week....

my practice went great on wed.

my first qualifer i was having servo issues, but every time i checked it the servo was working so i was thinkin i pulled it off the race for nothing

the second qualifer i was in 6th out of 13(i just moved from the novice class so yea go easy on me lol) and my glow plug came un screwed some how and caused an airleak and caused me to over heat so i wasnt able to finish my last 2 laps i was on track 4....

my third qualifer was the only one i finished but i wasnt gettin any traction and was crashing everywhere, but i decided to do a back flip on my last lap off the step up. that made my day lol...

but o well stuff happens right..

so my main was yesterday and we had an hour to practice b4 hand, and back to my servo issue, it actually went so i guess i didnt pull it off for nothin. i got that switched up b4 my main.

so my main is starting. i noticed my motor wasnt acting right, i would punch it and it was acting like it was rich, i had my pit guy lean it out, it didnt help. i didnt have enough time to check it out so i ran it. about 5 min in i pulled it off because it was gettin worse i had to roll all the jumps and was gettin passed on the straight.

i inspected it after i marshaled and found out my collet was slippin on the flywheel, but o well

me and my dad(he races with me) got done early after a bad outing at the nitro challenge and wanted to race some more, so we went to srs which is another track here in az, we went there and raced. i did great got into the a main with my truggy, i was racing buggys on a small technical track so thats pretty good..... after my 2nd qualifier i knew i wasnt gettin all the power i should be gettin out of my grp, so i looked at it and the screw that keeps the carb onto the block of the engine came out in the qualifer. GREAT

so i had to switch to my dads vspec and i didnt even get to finish that race due to my rear hub bearing blowing...

so yesterday was NOT my day, im gettin new bearings in my 8t 2.0, fixing the grp, i dont understand why i had so many issues. after every day of racing i tear the truggy or buggy down which ever one i races and i clean it, i lube it, and i rebuild the diffs and shocks if they need it. i check all the screws and etc....

But you know what, its part of racing. i love doing it. Good luck to everyone one at the nitro challenge today.

Is it just me or does this track have more jumps than the Farm? One more question, Which do you think is a more difficult track the Farm or the Pit?

I have never had the chance to go the farm or the nitro pit but it is something I will have to do before I retire from rc.
Just from pics and videos I have seen I would rather go to the nitro pit, that place truly looks like the best thing since sliced bread.

I like that jump mid track where it bucks the buggies up in the air and its kinda like slow-motion for a second.. lol

What was the tire choice? what foams?
