Default Possible Nitro/Electric Indoor/Outdoor Facility In Grand Rapids,MI

Just thought I would throw this out and get feed back from guys in the area. There are a couple of places in Grand Rapids,MI area that would be able to open a indoor facility for nitro and electric racing. Just trying to see how many people would be interested and support this place. It would open sometime this spring if things work out. I know for one I hate this snow and driving 2 to 3 hrs away to race nitro is to much and would be nice to have a place within 20 minutes away. So please anyone interested lets air it out.

I'm in! I'm sure a lot of the locals would be in. Beats a 2+ hr drive to FTR.

Awesome! I live in the St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area and have been driving to leisure hour every sunday for nitro racing. Its about 2 hours away. It would be great to race indoor alot closer to home. My friend (racerscott) and I would be there almost every weekend for sure. Would nitro and electric be on seperate days, and what type of track surface, packed clay i hope.

What tracks are all of you currently racing at? Seems like there are a bunch of nitro guys out there still, but most of us are spread out all over the area. Any main tracks that draw a bunch of people for nitro still?
