RE-11 Rocks
I run Maxpower motors (novarossi based) which are not known for great run time. I was getting 8 minutes barely with a JP-3 and a Sirio 2013 and the motor screamed. I bought an RE-11 6 weeks ago and after some carb restrictor adjustment and some re-tuning I can consistently get 9 1/2 minutes per tank and the motor has a smoother powerband.This past weekend at the TX series race in Houston I got 10 minutes in the C main (i had to risk it after two terrible runs) and ran out as I crossed the loop!
Two of our team members run V-Specs and they always run 10 minute Qualifiers and can go 12 on our indoor track without a pit stop with RE-11 pipes. I am getting a V-spec for my buggy for this reason.
