many are high performance, and most don't come with a ceramic. It adds to much to the cost, and most ceramics from TKO are way less than a stock steel, for the same engine

+3. But i.m not sure if that was what he was asking about. I think he was talking about the bearings in the car, like wheel bearings. If this is the case I just use cheapo steel bearings from amain hobbies. they are called protek bearings and are $1 a piece and are sold in most of the common sizes.
