Default Pipe

I have the Sirio version.

When compared to the JP-3 on my Sirio CL7B the JP-3 wins,

The big boy pipe has a nice crack on bottom but suffocates the top end.

Not quite what I wanted to hear...... What about runtime?

I have to ask, are the Sirio and the Extech identical, or are there internal differances? I know they look the same on the outside.

The JP series of Pipes are awesome, and you can find one to work with just about any engine..The Major drawback is they seriously cut down your runtimes.... My V-spec gets almost 3 less minutes with The JP-3 then with the 2050...I love the powerband, and the snap of the JP pipes though

Update from MotoRama- Admittedly this JPX 21 I am running needs more run time to fully break in. However, I also noticed what "81ght" already posted. It was good on bottom, NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! pull on the mid range, but it seemed to suffocate on top. I'm not entirely sure if it's the engine, maybe a Gal through it so far if that, or if it actually is the pipe. So far my belief is...
if you're on a small track or one with lots of short run ups to the jumps, then this pipe will shine. If you have a more open style track, long straights, etc...well, I will reserve my full opinion until I am able to get more fuel through this mill, but as of right now, I'm not entirely sold. Time will tell. As for mileage, I ran my warm ups each heat, did NOT top off before the start, ran the heat and still had between 1/4 and a 1/2 full tank. I started my main late, maybe a minute in of a 7 min main, so I ran for maybe 6 mins total...still have 1/2 tank. So far, this mill/pipe combo is not very thirsty at all... a trait I am VERY pleased with.

Actually they dynoed the Sirio CL7B with the JP series on them,

JP-4 was the best all round, then the next best was the JP-3 almost made 2hp 1.87 if I remember right.

Run times on the Sirio are sick to begin with, 10 to 13 mins on a tank.

With the Big Boy I was getting around 11 - 12 mins, with the JP-3 i'm getting 10 to 11 mins.

I put the Big Boy on a GO R-spec. Works well, but the run time was only 9 mins

Here are some photos of my Sirio CL7B the 09 edition.

I'm pretty sure that Extech is exactly the same as the CL7B, I haven't seen the guts of the extech yet.

I ran the 086 before the big boy. INsane power and top end but runtime sucked.

I've only tried two pipes so far on the Ex Tech RP.21. The Sirio 2057 and the Werks 2013. For all out brutal power and neighbor irritating noise, the 13 is DD TITS! I was getting just about 8 mins in a buggy. I swapped to the 57 and it smoothed out the bottom a little, and opened 'er up on top. It was also a bit more quiet. I could push 9 1/2 mins with it in bug. I plan to try the bat pipe come spring time.
