Well I couldn't call 'em Zerodefect motors 'cause all .21 ABC 2 strokes are defective by nature. I'd get sued for false ad.

Need somrthing german sounding........

Zirgoplatz Engine Inc.

A billet block would be tastey, even if it was just a gimmick, eye candy. Still alot of work. I could make toe plates, top plates, delrin bushings, for the top 5 cars out there for the same R&D. I'd use real hard annodizing to. That real hard, ugly, gray-green stuff.

Whoever makes a 4 stroke convo kit for say $200-250 for the O.s. .54, say for truggies would have something special. Or even better, the lighter more powerful Saito.

We could use a good 3-4 port turbo head, turbo crank motor. $300 is the majik fiqure for race engines. Not too cheap, not too expensive. Not exactly big profit either.

1. Build engine
2. ??????????
3. Profit!!1!!1

Nope, they are Star I believe. Maybe GRP, can't remember but definitely not Nova's unless they just came out with a new one.

With +/- .13mm (metric) tolerance being the norm for machining in the EU ... that could mean a total variance of .010"(inch). For me 6-degrees (.21) 8-degrees (.16) of port timing variance from engine to engine is a lot to give up for the privilage of machining an engine in place of casting (and that's an engine built w/in tolerance ). But, that's the way it has to be done if you CNC the block & crank seperate.
