Dos anyone have tested a exhaust gas regulator ? Can you run longer with the engine?

What the hell is that?

Its a donut shaped pillow, you sit on it.













Orion was coming out with one i thought. I think its just a blow off valve. If it blows off excess tank pressure. So tank pressure is lower than normal but is allways consistant. Or maybe it just evens out pressure pulses or somethin?

Just a guess I haven't seen one yet. Why would we want consistant fuel pressure anyway. Deosn't the tank get more pressure at higher speeds making the engine richer which is what we want to get even more speed without going lean. (higher speeds need richer settings etc.)

Anybody really know what these things do? They had em for airplanes years ago, never caught on.
