I got to try out some of the "Sevens" this weekend in Blue Compound with the new foams in them. It was an indoor track with and "icy" groove. Bettered my fast qual by a lap and improved my main by 3 laps. Took the TQ and the win. New qualifying record as well as new Main record.

I look forward to trying the Crossbows and Crowbars as the outdoor season approaches! Good job guys and the new foams rock. Not too soft and not hard as a rock either.

Hey Andrew, I ran a couple different combos this past weekend and everything went really well. I will also be running them at Motorama. I will be in touch.

Are the "new" foams yellow or blue? I read somewhere they were like the truggy ones which were blue. The ones I glued up were yellow, were those the most current ones?

Brandon-I think the blue foam you saw Maifield with was only for testing purposes. So that he could differentiate between old style foam and new style. Glad to see you trying out some of the tires.

The ones I glued up and ran felt really good in hand and on the track, so I wasn't doubting, just didn't want to tell people wrong who were asking at the track. See ya later.

They are yellow in the buggy tires and blue in the trucks. The only difference between the two is the color. Im glad you liked running them, I responded to your email.

There seems to be a fair amount of interest in this, so its been put on the list of possible projects.
