Cool. Sounds like I might have to experiment with adding some more rebound and seeing how it helps the car.....

You are worrying too much about a few air bubbles is my guess. Eight scale shocks are very easy. How i build mine :

Fill all the way up, pump piston a few times without going all the way out of the oil, put bladder on, screw together with full rebound. (dont use green slime on the o-rings)

Matt - full rebound makes the car leaps and bounds better in rutted up / bumpy track conditions

When I got home, 6 hours from last touching the shocks, there wasnt any air bubbles, put the shock bladder on, and I pumped it up and down working fine. Took it out, and NO air bubbles! Now only 3 more!
