Stock rc8 standoffs with the stock bolts.

I just built the rear BB shocks with the rear Truggy tower, well i built them with 29mm shafts, 38mm bodies, 1.4mm pistons, 30wt oil, Black springs, front lower arm mounts, no internal limiters. Bottom hole in tower. But the rear arms are still hitting the chassis plate, I completly pulled out the droop screws. Is this ok?Or is something wrong?
