how long do your p3's last?
my motors been tuned perfectly, but goes through plugs like hell, people at the track are even scratching their heads, is there any other plug that lasts longer?
or is cheaper?

Ouch if thats U.S dollars I'm paying 8.00 right now. I get long life out of mine I was just surprised they said use them in a .21 in Radical 621T engine.
What does the filment (wire) look like on the plug distorted, shiny, grey or broken?

If the compression in you engine is going away, it will eat plugs like no tomorrow. Also, if the wire breaks and pieces fall into the engine, it will kill the P/S ass'y with scratches. Take the engine apart to check it. OS P3 plugs have lasted well over a gallon on good motors.

How old is you engine ?
How many head shims are you running ? maybe over compressed for the hot weather we have had lately
other thing to think about is the rear bearing could be slowly failing and throwing microscopic metal fragments into plug causing the failures
been running the P3 plugs in a JX ninja up hear and i would get around 4 ltrs thru the engine and then replace just as a precausion
cheers

x2...once a motor starts eating plugs for breakfast...the motor is usually on its last legs.

my dad is on his second p3 and he is around the same gallon mark as you. the only reason he is on his second is because his first plug was in there about 2 gallons and switched it just to be safe.
i would say an airleak but you said your tune is fine but there still could be a small leak somewhere

either the engine is not in good health or the tuning is out... i use odonell 77t with great success and it last a long time.
