Default First NItro RC/ a few questions

I just bought a Traxxas T-Maxx 2.5 edition with a 3.3 Engine Upgrade. It is used but has a lot of extra stuff done to it, carbon fiber chassis, RPM Shock Towers etc.. I don't have any fuel for it since it is my first Nitro, what all do I need to get started. Oil? What type of fuel? Tools? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also bought a brand new Traxxas E-Maxx from my LHS about 3 days ago. This is all very new to me but I am having a blast with it so far. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks a lot in advance

Buy allot of AA batteries, 20% Nitro fuel, and a couple of 1500-2000 MAH 7.2 volt stick pack type batteries for the starter. Some extra glow plugs, extra air filter foams so you dont have to clean it every 1-2 hours...I dont know what you got with your T-maxx so Its hard to say what you need

Having over 3k into my maxx the best advice i can give you is that if you start feeling like you are getting too much money into it get rid of it cuz it doesnt stop, if you are like me anyways... but ya just as said above, and some rpm arms, aluminum bulkheads, and titanium skids, the best things you can get for it...

Ok, sorry i didn't give you all the info from the beginning. I'm going to copy and paste everything it says. Here we go.

This T-maxx is in very good condition, Many mods on the truck, and it comes with many extras. this truck was originally a T-maxx 2.5, but i put a 3.3 in it. The engine still needs to be broken in. This truck comes with the controller, A glo ignitor, The original Traxxas tires and rims, The stickers/Manuels, A fuel bottle, The 2.5 Engine I took off, all original Shock Towers etc.., extra parts and extra air filter foams. I will list the mods on the truck below.

Mods:

Vantage Racing Carbon fiber chassis

USHRA special edition body(Silver)

Resonator tuned pipe

Team integy aluminum chassis braces

RPM shock cups

RPM Front shock tower

Proline racing 40 series crime fighter tires

Proline racing white velocity wheels

3.3 upgraded engine(BRAND NEW)

I only paid $192.00 for everything, and shipping was only $18.00 UPS. I didn't think that was a bad price considering i just sank $631.00 into my E-Maxx about 4 days ago.

This is the picture of it.

Here's a picture of my new E-Maxx

Will one of the batteries for my E-Maxx work for the starter? 7.2V 3000mAh NiMH? Thanks for all the quick responses

any 7.2 volt stick pack will work..3300 MAH is a little overkill for the starter unit, but youll B fine
