Default LocTite: Re-apply every time?

I've been in the habit of applying LocTite every time I swap tires for practice/race or adjust my mesh. I wonder if that's needed, though, because there seems to be a buildup on the threads.

Do you re-apply LocTite every time you change tires, remove/reinstall engine mounts, etc?

Not every time. Usually the first few times until there is a big build up or I start having problems getting the screws out. Once the build up starts to thin out I'l use it again.

I do everytime, but I'm anal and I clean my screws each time I remove them.
