Dont know the fact. settings but Mid range needle regulates the fuel your HSN lets into your carb. they are usually factory preset, and dont usually need to be touched, unless they move. When in doubt, unscrew the HSN housing and look into the hole, there should be a small hole visible inside. If not, turn the mid range needle until you see a hole, then stop and replace HSN.

Don't touch the mid needle!! I used the settings for the .21 to get mine going, but it wouldn't start until I leaned the low needle another turn. I believe it was 4 1/2 out on the low (which ended up being 3 1/2) and 5 1/2 out on the high, but don't quote me.
