Default V-spec front bearing

I got a new front bearing for this motor but it has a seal on both sides do I run it like this or remove one of the seals Thanks Chris

i would leave the seal as well, it will help seal the engine a little better, i have seen similar life from doing it either way taking the seal off or leaving it on
