Just seen this pic from after the main from RC car action magazine. Look like he ran both D815 gear boxes. The one I seen in qualifying was just the front. Anyone know what drive shaft would work?

This is the D815 gear boxes with D812/D8TTE gearing for the input gear and the diff gear. Not sure if there is an existing dog bone that will work for the rear. The only part that is currently available to the public are the gear boxes.

I spoke to Torrance about this when I saw him around at a local track, and he said these parts will come out soon, and there will be an upgrade kit for the truck. Not sure how soon is soon though.

Dang I hope soon. What would the problem be running the D815 gearing?

To get the same final drive ratio as the stock gearing, you would need something like a 10T clutch bell or keep the 13T clutch bell and use a 65T spur. Because of bearing and pitch sizes, they don't really make clutch bells below 12-13T and the largest spur HB makes is 50T.

Gearing would be very tall if you tried to use the D815 gearing without changing the clutch bell or spur.

Yes more adjustments, plus those caps are high volume. Better seal shock caps go all the way down, no dirt between body and cap

I run the bellow bladders with the zero rebound setup, which the new bladders allow to happen. The same setup that Ty uses.

Hi Guys,

I have a Brushless D8T TTE and my Truck isn't very old, but I have a lot of play in the suspension. Especially in the Rod Ends and in the area of the Bearings, Axels and Hubs. Is this normal? I can change my Camper up to 3 dregees only by wobble a wheel. Is this normal? My old DNX hadn'd so much Play. So I am a Little bit confused.
