Diff oils, depends? Nice starting point 7-10-3

When storing-try to keep wheels off the ground, helps extends life of arms, little sag not to bad, alot time to change.
What willbe said about the spacer for the diffs is spot on..

Everyone had their opinions on Diff fluids and Personally I always end up back at the stock 7f, 7c, 3r or 4r.. To me it just works. It might not be the absolute best at every track..

Diff oils depend on the size of the track I think. I would start with the stock 7-7-4 and go from there. I run on a medium sized track with medium to high bite and I really like 5-7-2 for my diff setup. Good acceleration with 7 in center, smooth rear end with 2 and massive amounts of steering with 5 in front.

A higher center diff fluid will give a more even power tranfer bewteen front and rear..

Think of it like this. 100,000 center diff fluid will essentially lock the diff gears send 50% power to front and 50% power to rear. No diff fluid would send the power to the front or rear, which ever has the LEAST amount of traction..

The differences between 10k and 7k in center is pretty subtle, but if your really paying attention you'll notice the difference..

Hey bud, just got the hellfire ones today to try in my team c truggy ( which has very little down travel). I dunno if I will put them in either of my d8t but 3 mm will go along way!

Hellfire axle end (bigger) won't fit in d8t stub axle so you will need hellfire stub axles as well. I will sell you my two new axles if you want them as I have no use for them now. The team c truggy has captured Cvd pin in the bearing. Lmk.

I already ordered them.. I use hellfire spindles?? So the axle won't work with the d8t stub?

I'm not sure on the spindle and yes the Cvd end is too big for the d8t stub. The hellfire shaft is very beefy. Better order hellfire stub axles right away.
