I am getting alot of wear on my pins in the outdrives. Who makes the replacement pins for them. What size are the pins?

no, I am talking about the pins that are attached to the front and rear drive lines and the drive lines for each hub. The pins that sit in the outdrives and turn everything. It is pretty spendy to buy all new drive train parts.

I'm sorry about that. You meant the pin that goes thur the bone its self. That is a good question I have seen people replace them and have seen the tools but never the size of them.

I have 10 or more races on my X2 and have not noticed accelerated wear on the pins, I had a clearance issue with OS and GRP engines hitting the rear drive line, I will take a close look at them Friday, But I bet the pins from the Hyper 8.5 are the same size...Just a hunch.

This is what your looking for.

Breaker

Pins Drive bones

Center Bone Pins (smaller to clear the brake dics)

PS USE RED liquid Loc tite when installing the new pins....last thing you want to have happen is a pin walk right out and put you out of a race....my advice...USE IS.
