losi 8t shock fluid question

im redoing all of my shocks right now and i am wonderin what shock fluid to put in the front and the rear? im runnin black springs in the front and grey in the back

try losi 40 front 30 or 35 rear. When it warms up I have run up to 60 front 45 rear here in az.
