JMO, and its only an opinion, but its fine.
Consider it broken in, not broken.

Well the conrod prolly lost some life but just give it a shot. Worst that can happen is it wont start. If your paranoid swap out the rod after break in but other then that im sure you can just run it.

Chances are that it isn't ruined at all, but that certainly didn't help it out any, lol.

I would have killed him, or at least made sure that "learned" how and why you should respect other people's stuff!

alright i read the manual, and it says for the first start to pull the motor over until it pulls fuel up the line from the tank... so its pretty much the same thing... just not 100 times

I bet some of the rtr motors are pulled a million times and then sold and work just fine. Nothing to stress about, he did absolutely nothing to it. You'd have that much wear within .01 seconds of starting it. These things rev upto 30,000-40,000 revolutions per minute.

I was the same way when I started. While you do need to be patient and meticulous, they are not made of paper. They are tougher than you think, but that don't mean go lean out both needles 3 turns and make high speed passes either. Just use a little common sense and you'll be fine.

Imagine if that was a $500 Speed and he was out towing it around in the sand box with his Tonka truck.... Then.... you would have something to stress about...

What amazes me is the fact that he pulled the starter cord
out a hundred times and the recoil spring or cord didn't snap.
It would have really pissed you off if you would have walked
in the room to find your new engine dangling on two feet of
cord like a used tampon.
