But i am not sure cause i never had a losi. that is why i said i would be pissed going to another truggy and it starts breaking on me. Mugen has been faithful to me in regards to being durable. I never had a losi so that would be a concern to have moving to another kit. that's all im saying.
If you take care of it and maintain it correctly you won't break anything. Losi's are tough. I came from a jammin crt to the losi and I have been very impressed that the losi is every bit as durable as that tank. For instance I am still running all of the stock suspension arms on my truck. Havent broken 1 in 2 years. I broke 1 or 2 jammin ones in the 1 1/2 years I had it. But yes I can see where you would be concerned. Especially with all the talk that losi is fragile and breaks all the time kinda bs. Yes losi parts get sloppy but any truggy I have seen has gotten sloppy. Besides slop doesn't do $h!t.

Well I have never owned a mugen and I have only driven one for a couple laps but the losi seems to have more steering. The losi is very light so it has great accelleration and jumping. The losi handles alot like a buggy. lots of steering and it is very reactive to inputs. some might even call it twitchy. for me it's reactiveness/twitcyness suites my style. I think the losi is more adgile and the mugen is more of a layed back but very forgiving truck. Don't get me wrong the losi is very forgiving and the 2.0 will be even more so because of the extra 14mm of chassis. But the mugen it heavier so it calms itself down more. I don't know if that makes sense but that is how I can best describe it. I think the mugen handled very simmilar to my jammin whan I had the BCE small spur conversion on it.

yes, very true. the losi has a lot more steering the the mugen 5T. And I like a lot of steering. But note, Mugen gave the MBX6 A LOT OF FREAKEN steering. So, I am hoping they do the 6T the same.

I'm a Losi die hard, but the mugens are the toughest on the market as far as durability-period.

Losi 8t 2.0 takes 1 and 3 at silver state. One of the most brutal tracks ever! Nuff said!

The Losi is a super cool truggy...
just won my second in a row club day with it and I was a bit average before I got the Losi 2.0.
Had the xray before the Losi and had the Losi 1.0 before that and had the Mugen before that and the Losi 2.0 is just so much more consistant now and so reactive and the off power steering is just amazing...get one you wont regret it and boy are they tough

I have been running the losi for some time now. Hands down, Mugen is by far better quality than the Losi. Same driver (me), I have broken my Losi a about 5 to 6 times so far within a month or so. I have not broken my Mugen mbx6 since i had it in Oct. NEVER broke it.

Silver State results show differently and its a hardcore track, not saying Mugen isnt good, but I am saying obviously the Losi truck is not weak by any means, I had rc8t(which is tough as nails) but am switching to Losi truck

well, take my statement for an "out of the box" point of view. Of course any pro-level race is another story. they can take the crappiest car and make it bullet proof.
