I have used the Silver Disc's from Extreme and they work the Best IMO. Not sure if the the Blues are any different, but the silvers last ALONG time and i have never grenaded a disc yet. A+

Get the option brake discs for the TTR, they are exactly the same but most places sell them for around 15 bucks

They are the exact same ones that come with the RC8, TTR makes AE; the diffs from the TTR are also the same size (except for the use of the truggy ring and pinion)

i got a tip... if you find your brakes go "soft" and you can't adjust them back, or they go real quick after putting on new discs, double up the pads - i have found them bending. I do like a lot of brake and high torque servos, but i know others have had same issue.

I was thinking about trying the rtr discs. They look like the same material but without the metal inside. Their cheaper and lighter.

I tried some aftermarket discs in my car and I dont really like the feel as much their more all or nothing.
