Default Novarossi "Factory Tuned"

What does "Factory Tuned" mean on Novarossi engines..Plus 4 specifically?

My Plus 4 was unusually easy to break-in. That's why I was wondering if "factory tuned" meant it was already broken in.

factory tuned-yes cranshaft has been rewoked for better performance, not run in..
novarossi also offer a pre run-in version, which is extra 30euro o top..
