Every kit comes with this chassis standard. Only the RTR's come without it. It's an intricate part of the buggy's handling and jumping ability. My opinion don't leave home without it. Also don't use aluminum chassis braces with it. The whole purpose of the TFT is the flexibility. Aluminum braces take away this ability see A. Drakes post on the subject. You may want to run the Kings Head extended engine mount to remove some flex. However that's about it.

the 8ight 1.0 didnt come with the Tuned flex chassis,
the 8ight 2.0 is now coming with the tuned flex chassis

the tuned flex chassis was a upgrade for the 1.0's chassis im pretty sure about that

I run a tuned flex on my 8ight t roller and I noticed a difference. The truck seems more connected abd easier to handle. I also use king headz braces front and rear. Will have to try the stock plastic ones to see if theres any noticible difference. But the tuned flex chassis is the way to go.

This Chassis is the only way to go on the 1.0 for sure. Makes the car handle like a dream.. Well, for a losi anyway. Never was a fan of the car. But this chassis helps alot.
