Whats a Sportswerks Turmoil Pro 1/8th buggy?
 

I see one on craigslist and I've never heard of it, just wondering what it is and if it's any good.

its a RTR level entry 1/8 buggy...they are ok for back yard fun or street runs...but racing they will lack a little in the handleing/durability dept. :nod:

raced one my first year in nitro ...they are very durable...and the only handling they lack is they dont steer very well or much ...but definitely a good entry level ride

my friend ran the mayhem a few years ago and it was good for a beginner.

be aware that sportwerks closed a little bit ago.

I raced the Mayhem like 5 years ago or whatever the year they were released. I laid the smack down at a race where most of the fast guys on the east coast were in attendance! :D And I was using a cheap azz Omega sport engine I bought new for $80. The looks on their faces when they saw my ride. :lol: Chris Crews was TQ and he won the race, I qualified second and I was in second most of the race, up 4 laps on third when with just minutes to go a marshal purposely snuffed my exhaust after I had made a mistake hoping that the guy (his friend) in third could get second place. He was pissed off that I qualified so well and he was suppose to be the man to beat coming into the race. Well his game worked and I finished third over all that day. As for the car, it worked flawless
