Diff upgrades Losi 8 Buggy RTR

When changing out the factory grease to silicone oil in the diffs I see that it is reccomend to upgrade to the heavy duty diffs with the metal inserts. Do I replace all three diffs with this upgrade or are there different upgrade parts for each diff. Sorry this might be a simple question but I am new to the hobby.

you dont have to replace them....it was a while ago that they had issues with the cups...and imo they weren't even that bad.....so for what its worth....use what you got...unless they are already worn...if so i would say get some more stockers(non-hd) and try again....if you still have wear problems then go to the HD....1 downside to them is they are Heavy...and the only real reason to run them is if your running a powerful .28 that is genuinely wrecking the cups.

buggy definatly no HD cups.

the cases are all the same, but i've never had a problem with the stock Losi diff cases. I've rebuilt mine a whole bunch of times so.

Your Clutch, shock o-rings (for rebuilds it good to check them), also the rear outer hinge pins bend, otherwise i don't really have to replace things on my 8ight. i bought the M2C rear pins and have had no problems what so ever. So really it's just clutch bearings LOL.
