EFRA 20xx pipes v EFRA 30xx pipes

Hi. Was just wondering what people experiences are with the 30xx pipes compared to the 20xx pipes. Currently I use the hong nor 2047 with my os vzb and rb ws7 / s5 and get good power and run time from it but was wondering if it is worth getting the hong nor 30xx pipe?

ERFA list on the Uk brca-rallycross website shows that both the 20 and the 30 pipes are legal for 2009 so what's the difference/reason for the 30 series

3xxx pipes are the first trial from EFRA to cut down the noise levels. NOw as the 2xxx ones are allowed in 2009 you should stick with them as majority of the 3xxx series offers significantly less power and not even better fuel consumption. I assume there will be new designs released during the year and most likely after some time the manufacturers manages to make them pretty close to the 2xxx series. Now I'm not saying that there is no engine-pipe combo that would work but most of the current 3xxx series pipes are performance vice worse than the 2xxx
