Installing JR Connectors

Not sure if I'm posting in the right forum, but I'll try here first.

Does anybody have experience with or know of a place to find directions on installing JR style plugs? Is there special tool or something?

You can buy the econo crimper, the one with the red
handles, at Radio Shack for $6.99. Also, A Main Hobbies
has the connector parts for five or six dollars.
