man go with a radical 621t if you run buggy if you run truggy go with radical 628t. these motors are crazy on bottom and top will out run v-spec and nova
and last easy 10 gallon if not more. They are hand made in a small factory in italy quality is top notch. they are borderline modden straight out the factory. u can pick up @ gotnitroonline .com ask for dave he will give u a good deal. trust me u want these BADBOYS!!!!!!!!!

quick question how many shims do you have to add from the factory to run 25-30% nitro i have added 1 not sure if that is enough. what are these motors designed to run on from the factory.

They come from the factory shimmed for 30%.

I'm running a modified version of the B7 pro and its insane coupled to the 2013pipe in my RC8T and i keep popping plugs I'm running a P3 and I'm killing them in 1 tank of juice Ive just brought some o'donnell 77T hot plugs maybe I'm using the wrong plugs.

What plugs do you all use in these motors.

I checked the Werks thread on the grid and they recommend the O'Donnell 97T or RB6T. So looks like medium to cold plugs is what you should be running. I'm guessing since your B7 is modded, that would probably dictate some what plug you would use. I run the standard head button so the plugs aren't the same, but I know my motor seems to like the colder plugs.

Sweet mate i have since palmed off the modified motor an no doubt the person will have better luck than me.

I still have a brand new b7 pro that i intend to put in my Rc8t
i will be using odonnell 97t plugs hopefully with great success.

I've ran O.S. (VZB Vspec) for 2 years, Novarossi P5/421b for 3 years...Love em but ready to try somethin new...

How do the werks engines compare?

What Pipe and plug for the B7?

Im currently using the JP-3 pipe for this mill, I’m getting about 7 to 8 minutes a tank(8+ minutes if I’m driving smooth). I would like to try one of the Dynamite pipes on this to increase fuel minutes but as of right now I’m on a really tight budget.

I was using the O’Donnell med plug but it wasn’t getting hot enough so I went with the O.S. p3 which is better. It gives it a little extra power also.

I own both B7 and vspec, IMO Werks TL21 B7 PROC is fast on mid and high end, but it's very weather sensitive engine, hard to tune, weak cooling fins and weak crankshaft! (broke mine and now that engine is lying on my bench waiting for crankshaft that cost $200)...Then v-spec...what can I say...nothing but satisfaction....it's 3 ports engine but wickedly fast! On straight line drag test could easily catch up the mighty RB WS7III. Very easy to tune and hold it well in every weather conditions....you need 2050 pipe for small to medium sized track or 2060 for large track....mine combined with werks 2013 pipe, it works very well...
