getting it out is really easy, there are 4 screws at bottom of servo, that you take off and it is self explanitroy from there lol.... its just fixing it.

My question was really b/c I doubt he got the thing apart and back together again.

getting it back together is a real pain. at least with the futaba 9351.

did you just polish the comm or did you find a way to true the commutator perfectly round?

I just used an old comm stick and polished the comm it worked magic. I used a small nail file and cleaned up the brushes. Very painful but very worth it!!!
