Default tamiya trf801 reviews

i am thinkin about buying the tamiya trf801 truggy has anyone heard anything about it

quality is very good, at least it looks reall good

but it breaks front arms

its heavy, like a tank

lutz makes it look really fast

r/c car magazine did a review on it i think its the feb issue

if i recall, they said that as far as the handling goes nothing really stands out with this truggy, and it was a valiant ATTEMPT on tamiya's part

i have seen a lot of testing with this truggy at rev, it looks pretty good

xtreme rc cars had a review on the 801xt in the January issue

RC Car magazine has one too.. www.rc-car.com. As stated already, XRC has a good review too. I read that one a little bit, and they rated it higher than the RC8T also talked about in that issue. www.rc411.com. I think the best review was the www.oople.com one, it seemed really good. As are all his articles.

sup magicman,

the only concern i would have for this truggy are parts availibility. maybe someone on this thread can state where you can find parts. i can not find them on amainhobbies.
