VSPEC building question

VSPEC building question
putting my vspec back together for the first time - just wondering if I put in the sleeve and then the two shims on top of that. Also sdo I line up the grooves on the sleeve and the crank case - it seems like I do but just wanted to be sure

Put your sleeve in with the notch in the sleeve lined up with the pin in the case (Make sure your piston is installed correct with the clearanced side of the skirt of the piston is going to face the backplate). Put the shims on once the sleeve is installed and you are ready to put the button on. Hope that is what you are looking for.

awesome - yeah that is exactly what I needed to know

Thanks for correcting that. Sorry for the wrong info I actually had it wrong in my motor I just put back together I did run it but I just corrected it and there was no damage that I could see. Sorry again. I just learned a lesson the hard way.
