I believe Losi has their own website or forum as do 90% of the other products mentioned on RCtech. If you didnt find it interesting you wouldnt have clicked on the Caster forum. Caster is an up and coming company that doesnt have the means of high dollar advertising, so forums like this are great for companies including Caster or Losi to get their product out there and see what people think whether it is good or bad. I know people get bored sometimes and just have to say something negative, its easy, next time dont click your mouse on something you arent interested in. But by all means if you have any questions regarding Caster products, ask away.

it's my understanding that an upgrade kit will be available also so the people who have the original or the 1r will be able to upgrade it instead of sitting on an obsolete chassis. +1 on that idea.

Can you run a lay down servo on the steering ??? I have a robot servo which has clearance issues at the bottom where my servo can have another arm attached for another arm is there enough clearance for my servo on the steering ? In the upright position?

on the new one as far as I know there isn't a laydown servo but I am sure with some patience you could retro fit it

Mine should be here next week as well. Waiting on the motor combo or I may have had the buggy sooner.

sorry i forgot to put the quotation marks around obsolete. i personally think it's a bad idea for a manufacturer to put out a new model every year and leave the guys (and ladies) who spent their hard earned cash on something that will be "obsolete" in a few months. i understand that cars go through evolution and all that but there are a few companies that put out a new touring car every year and are on their way to doing the same thing with their off-road chassis. now before the flame war even begins i have nothing wrong with people choosing to spend their money however they wish but i prefer to have a little longevity in my investment. so again +1 for the upgrade kit.
