proline is done if they dont step their game up. racers have been asking pl to upgrade thier inserts since day one, they never did jack. m3 holeshots are trash after one 30 minute main. i have a set of aka's with 2 gallons on them and they look better than a set of holeshots after a 5 minute qualifier. aka tires hook up better, last longer, better balanced and have better inserts than pl. anybody who thinks otherwise is either sponsored by pl or has never tried aka.

I wonder what foams Hara was using with his revolvers at the Farm. In the pics of his winning car on neobuggy the tire has a flat profile. My revolvers have a ^ shape to them and thats not too ideal to me.

My revolvers aren't ^ .... I'm sure Hara ran the same foams that come with the tires. The foams looks better know ... imo When AKA become the World Champions, then they have something to talk about. Until then just sit back an run whatever tire that floats your boat.

All I can say is that I think the whole V3 thing was a bad idea. If a AKA is too big and wont fit on a buggy, then how would a V3 fit??

I know ALOT of people around here are running the AKA tires and most say WOW, I love these tires and there foams are the best. I don't think Proline is going down, but AKA has definatley taking a dent in their market share. I haven't bought a Proline in 4 months and my laptimes have been much better everywhere I have been since running AKA's.

For those that think Prolines are perfect, I can gaurantee Proline with be coming out with a new foam soon!!!

I do think a racers driving style and tire go hand in hand. So the more tire companies putting out good tires in good for all of us. Im sure the Proline guys are getting sick of hearinf about AKA, but it is good for racing to have more choices and competition. Hopefully they will start lowering prices

FLAT TOP thing is maybe after running 60min main, I tried the Jconcepts YELLOW foam and put it side by side with the regular foam its pretty much the same. It should be flatten out after couple of runs.
