Default truggy problem

ok well ive been havin motor problems on my truggy but i think i finally found the problem, the exhaust seal was just a little to thin so i switched it out and i resealed the whole motor and now im waiting for that to dry and i will run it tommrow.

but ive been havin major steering problems as well. it would ver to the right when i hit full throttle but i found the problem. the front two screws that go into the diff case keep backing out. i replaced the screws and that didnt help. So im thinkin the diff case is stipped?? is this the cause or is there somethin else.

i got this truggy used like 2 months ago and my motor had an air leak so it was sitting for a while but now i found a track that is truggy friendly so im tryin to get this thing race ready.

what are you sealing the motor with ?

if the diff case screw's are stripped you need to replace the case for sure.

ATV is not fuel proof....it will seal for maby a week or 2...but once the fuel soaks in...your leak will be back....check out Lucky 7 sealant...or Racer's Edge Carb sealant to do it properly.

ok ill reseal it once i can get help with this problem.......

i just went out started tuning it and im still having problems. it acts like its lean but im havin fuel pourin almost out the exhaust. it cant be an air leak because i replaced the fuel tank, new lines, new exhaust gaskets, new springs, went thru and resealed the whole engine.

i dont understand it. my low end is great it will sit there and idle nicely. but once i give it gas it bogs out like its to rich then when it gets full throttle it will cut out like its to lean. i richened and leaned both needles and i cant figure this out. usually im good at tuning but ....

Motor, pipe, plug combo please? How much fuel/time on this engine?

What does the front of the engine look like? Behind the flywheel. If there's a lot of fuel/goo then it could be the front bearing seal. Or look at the carb boot, as that could also be the source of a leak.

Sorry,

I have a .28 go 6 port with a jp 3 pipe and a os p8 plug

theres no more then gallon of fuel on it. i dont see a fuel leak anywhere. i had it completly apart last night. There was a little bit of fuel on the front bearing but nothin abnormal. i had fuel coming out of my exhaust gasket but i replaced that and now theres no more leaks from there
