DO NOT discharge a lipo....DO not run them below 3.2v per cell and you'll be good to go......i personally don't go below 3.5v but im pretty sure the Maximum you can go is 3.2v.

how many mah pack did you get ?

Well I did a short term test last race w/o a regulator. Just to clarify I'm running SPK SR3100 receiver, Hitec 5955TG, Futaba BLS-451 and a AMB PT. So far I have had no problems or glitches whatsoever. The servos were turning faster so I had to dial in a little bit more expo. I didn't check the temp of the servos, so I can't comment if the servos were generating more heat than normal. My PT had no problems with the extra voltage and worked flawlessly for the whole race. The battery pack was warm to the touch after the 10min main, but I'm sure that's pretty normal.

Actually Integra the max. discharge voltage for a LIPO is 3.0volts per cell, but most manufacturers say Lipo life will be extended if they are only discharged to 80% of their capacity.

Hitec i can almost guarantee would replace it or at Least work with you on a small fee to replace it....the one dog story i did hear they warranted it for him so i have no reason to think they wouldn't do it a gain....hitec is a basically No question's asked warranty.

I must say that i chicken out and put a regulator in was going to give it
a go I had even bought extra 604fs receiver and 7955tg 7965mg servos just in case I brunt the first set up I'm going to do it but have to think
about it some more but the regulator is working ok and all is good I'm
liking that I do not have to charge batteries if I have to bump B to A

Run just the two 7955TG servos for one less thing to worry about!

They can handle unregulated LiPo just fine.
