A battery monitor or a low voltage cut-off are always a good idea when running LiPo in anything

Integra- Do you have a link for the ebay batteries you use, or just the name? There are like 100 different choices.

You dont need a cut off. As soon as you feel it slow down charge it. When I do this my 4 cell is still at 13.6 volts.

this IS the exact pack i use and so do about 3 other buddy's ......i paid a little less as we did 6 packs at once...so i got a bit of a deal.....but what cha gonna do....also alot of these places have 3 cell 11.1v lipo's for radio's for ushally 15$-20$ which are more then worth it....and they also sell little 900mah heli packs for Cheep that can easily be used as quali packs or controlled practice.

rageworks...there's a company called Max Pro that makes monitor's....here's the link...i plug it in at the end of a Long day or weekend or w/e to double check im not in the danger range...and the Audible tone is really nice to have. that also come in 2,3,4,5 and 6 cell versions.

also the little voltage meter things that display each individual cell then display total is a real nice item to have for after balancing or charging just to check everything's in order....and for 5-6$ can you really complain ??

when you think about runnng stick packs think of it this way ...you are chaining 2 batts together so they will only = the mah of 1 batt ...so if your running 2 3000's you are only getting 3000mah from the 2 batts ...so the 2200's work good and last a long time
