Default Best Pipe

I have a GRP .21 tuned in a losi 8ght-t. Currently i am using the stock FLS type 2053 pipe that came in my promo kit. I was wondering if there is a better pipe out there to gain more torque. The 2053 doesn't work bad I just want to max the GRP out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

To be honest I have never tried another pipe other than the GRP. I'm sure you can get some more torque with another pipe but I feel certain nothing else will be as well rounded in runtime, top, bottom, etc...

I'll be interested to see what guys say

The Novarossi 9853 pipe has been proven to bring out the rpm's on the GRP. Pair it with a short smooth flow header.

The best pipe for most engines out there wether it be for a .21 or .28 is the MSR 1005 pipe. This pipe brings the best out of most engines. Only problem with this pipe is it's thin alumnium, which doesn't hold up well if it gets hit or abused.

If you want a little more torque, try running the
FLS long header. I think the promo kit came with
the short header.

I have installed the long header from mugen as ther use the same FLS system. It helped some. I was just looking for more.

Frank, the 9853 or MSR1005 will wake it up quite a bit. Dynamite makes a hard coated 53 pipe with header for like $52 at Amainhobbies. Personally I ran the MSR1005 as it made more peak Hp but got better run time. The 9853 made a little more bottom, not as much peak Hp but pulled hard up top.

Best regards,

Tony P.
