Things I notice:
-rear brake rod passes directly over the battery box. Unless it has some sort of quick disconnect, changing batteries is going to be a PITA.
-Battery box and servo tray don't appear to be screwed together. Will they need to be removed separately? If yes, this could be a bit of a maintenance chore when romoving the electronics for cleaning.
-Port-side mud-guard doesn't appear tooffer any protection to the pipe.
On the whole, it looks sturdier than the prototype pics. Eagerly awaiting more feedback

Ok here's the deal on the turnbuckle it's for the front upper arm and is an extra part in the kit the Hyper 9 has the stock steel on it from assem. which is still a solid pc. I know I've been driving my since Tues. of last week and have now put a about a gallon on the car from practice to racing on Sat. you guys got it on your car but it's not on mine, I'll tell you boys the car feels good to drive in the corner and recovers well in the air, it feels nimble but does not need to be over driven. It has some great acceleration and I like the brakes for the car no need for change it is well balanced, the set up in the kit will give you a good car but I wanted a little umph! out of the car so I changed to 4K-5k-2k, I quald. 2nd in amatuer but should of had 1st if the turn marshall wouldn't have thrown the rolled over backmarker on top of my car as I was going through the corner. I finished 5th and that was due to me making mistakes and going for broke after a bad start and managed to get to 2nd but like I said I bad mistakes to go to the front.

you can drive it harder and it will let you, it won't be like the Losi when they tailfish, I'm still working on getting it right for me but since the race on Sat. the car has been alot better from when I first got it, when I got my kit it had other oils to use and I went with it for the first time but it was too twichy so I made changes and has gotten way better for me. I even talked to Kortz about some set-ups and I have been getting closer to his set-up I just didn't want to go that far right away because I felt that he being a better driver has a more nuetral and free-er car than most of us would drive, but you'll like the ride I even had a fellow racer drive the car and was feeling good about how the car ran.

Is the shock towers ok. Not milled like the H8.??
Is there a pipe in the kit.??
what type of clutch is used.??
Maybe the standard kit is a little different in spec to the U.S.Ofna version.
Im a little dissapointed in what you get for the extra money.
Looks like a 808 is getting closer.
will wait to some track test come out on it..

The shock towers are not milled but are cnc cut 7075 material, it comes with their Hyper pipe, cnc alum Hobao shoes, springs and flywheel, clutch bell 14tooth, as for the servos they are well protected by the stone guards and after so many runs in heavy and watered dirt the servos get a light dusting but no heavy dirt getting into chassis the body is nicely wrapped to keep the dirt out.
