the TTR/AE 2035 long pipe w/smooth flow header is AWESOME with most RB, even better than RB 92or98mm/2045 setup a guy I know was TTR sponsored and he turned me onto them and I was amazed......It works frickin' great on just about every engine, I had one on a ws7III and it was ballistic, It really is a great pipe, and you can get the TTR version for $48, I am running a Dyn-HC 086 on my Novarossi so Im currently not running a 2035, but yeah, cant go wrong with it for s5

I have a original s5, thats over a yr old, several gallons on it, that was modded by RB mods, the motor RIps.. Power everywhere, and killer runtime, over 8.5 minutes in buggy, no restrictor, and im a heavy figner driver..If you contact him, tell him Jay (from florida with the s5) sent you his way

well im not going to mod this engine. i dont need it .. i dont know that the engine really needs it . its a older model. i never ran all the way empty. but after a 6min qualifier i still had hald a tank . my buddy running the c7 in his 701b used all but just a few drops in 6min. so im not sure what we are doing different but i got some good run time. i pitted once at a lil over 8 min in a 15min main and had half a tank when i was done.

the S5 is great stock, or modded, my runtimes increased a bit, but the power feel was the big difference, and the tune felt even easier.. runtmes from one person to another all depends on there tunning, pipe, gearing, and fuel..

I ran my l2g with the jp1 a month or two back on my local outdoor track (roughly 150x75 ft) and it screamed. Since then I have just been running indoors on a very small track so its kinda hard to tell there but it certainly has alot of bottom with the jp1.

I THINK that an OFNA pipe in general may get you into trouble. Go to the RB Concepts .21 forums and look around a little. I remember reading that all of the different brands of the xx86 pipes don't respond on the engine the same and THOUGHT ofna was not a good match

BigAlz......

the RB 2045 is suppose to be good for that engine... i have heard the jp's were not too bad jp1 give the good grunt for the jumps and pick up speed alittle faster....you could try the dunamite 053 mid range pipe....that might help you as well and only showing as MAP $54.99 pipe manifold combo....i think im going to try a go-tech .25 with the 086 high speed pipe..... heard is suppose to be a good match....if that doesnt work then im only out $250 and ill sell it and get a c6bb engine with the 2045 pipe......but as far as pipes go i would try one of the pipes i said up there ^^^^^^^^at the beginning before i rambled on in here...

well im not really in the market for a pipe. someoen was jut offering it in a trade and i didnt know if i would even use it . if i buy a pipe i think its going to be the 2035. but i dunno. ive only raced the truck 1 day and love the power the jp1 makes. i run on a smaller track, and its nice to just be able to out power guys leaving turns.

if yer happy with the jp1, i would leave it a that.....unless there is something else you are getting in the trade that you want besides the extra pipe...but why mess with something that you are happy with? might cause you greef afterwards...might chase a tune or might not be happy with the pipe and put the jp1 back on and have to retune again and might not get that same tune you have now...
