Using the 2mm hubs will solve this problem. The wheels however also rub(very outside edge of the wheel) the front and back of the arm. When you rub a tube or something the very edge of the wheel is pressed against the arm, which causes the wheels to break.

Is where you need to dremmel.

As previously stated, the ends are bum due to excessive heat or whatever when they were installed at the factory.........I have been told the 1.0/2.0 shock ends are the same.......I ordered the 1.0's and plan on installing all 4 before I set it on the ground

In reference to the grinding of the arms. I did what everyone said and I ground down the two spots on the front arms. After doing this they still hit. You can always apply more pressure to get them to hit. I ground off quite a bit, enough that if I took off any more they would sure to break with the slightest hit. Also, I assume, that the +1 mm hubs are to prevent the web from breaking in the rims. I have proline wheels and they are not hitting. I have tried to make them hit but cannot. I am obviously missing something. Can someone set me straight so that I understand? I know rims are breaking I just can't see it. It's almost like this thing has too much steering built in.

Got it figured out. The bottom arm in the picture of where to grind the arms is a little misleading. The arm needs to be grinded more to the make the area longer.

Yeah I realized it needed more grinding after I made the diagram. It needs more than the red circle in that area. When I first did it, I thought only grinding down the circle area was enough, but it wasn't.

I have used the +2mm hexes from the start and have used the std losi rims, AKA, Proline and they bearly touch the arms. Think I would rather do this than hack up the arms personally.
I only had 1x shock end come out first meet and others have been fine.
Havent had 1x issue with the screw length as they thread all the way through and a little loktight sorts them out and they dont rely on the nut that much.
also my wing screws have been long enough to with zero issues.
also I have backed off the servo saver spring a little and zero issues as well.
Had 1x outer bearing go in rear hub but it was very dry and have regreased the others and they are sweet so far.
Its funny how some racers have a lot of issues were as others have little

I have run the +2 mm hubs the whole time and still breaking rims. I guess it all just depends on alot of different variables.
