Default Hitec HS-7995TG VS Airtronics 94780M

OK OK I don't want a flame war going on but looking for 3xperience with either of these servos. I'm really leaning toward the Hitec because of the warranty and I've had Hitec's before and loved them. But I've never had Airtronics before so I don't know the quality of them. SO which servo would you guys recommenced? It'll be a steering servo for my Losi 8ight. I know its overkill either way, but if I'm going to spend 100+ on a servo i want overkill
Thanks

If you want "overkill" get the JR 9100T..better than either..or if you really want overkill..

I haven't had any experience with Airtronics but I have always used Hitec digital titanium geared servos. Hitec has one of the best warranties in the business. I contacted Hitec a few weeks ago and they said they are working on a line of high voltage servos. If you are looking for a high voltage servo, wait until Hitec releases theirs.

Air is over priced & over rated.service now is not so bad & replacement gears are dirt cheap. If you get the 7995 you wont need replacement gears or the warranty for a very very long time if ever & nobody beats their warranty.

Love my Hitec 7955 on my Xray XT8 steering. Very powerful. For torque I always go with Hitec...for speed I go with JR...I run the JR z9100s for throttle/brake and it has .06s transit time.

FWIW Ace 1015's are rated at .10s for speed and imo and most other racer's who have ran then in comparison will say the same....JR's are Not .06s transit...either ace is underrated...or JR is Overrated as far as speed is concerned...they are a fast servo but imo no where near .06s
