Default Can anyone help me with this???

Hey guys. I ordered this spur a couple weeks ago from a amin http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/6306 and couldent get the slipper nut to tighten all the way, so i took it over to the ;hsand they told me it was the wrong spur gear and said i needed this one http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...oducts_id/6305

he said something about it being wider. So i was wondering if a can rig it to work without tweakin' out my truck too much....like would I be able to use a couple lock washers or something like that?

Any advice please

Classic post........ I bought xyz off the internet and I couldnt figure something out so I took it to my local hobby shop for help. Every time I see posts like this I laugh my a.. off. Perfect case of "karma" in my opinion.

To answer your question though... my advice would be to call the place you bought the part from and see if they can help you, dont take it to your LHS and insult them by asking them to work on a part you didnt buy from them.
