Default Shimmed for 30%

I have a axe rossi cobra x1 how do i know if its shimmed for 30% fuel? I have sent emails to the US dist. but no answer? How do I check head clearance with my caliper? thanks

Check the the owners manual if it recommends 30% nitro fuel do not shim;
If it recommends fuels below 30% add a shim about (0.1mm).
