I use this scale for all my shipping needs and weighing my RC Car stuff. It is accurate down to 1 gram (or 1/10th of an ounce). It has a 15.45 lb (or 7000 garms) capacity. It comes with a bunch of cool attachments too.

This guy's prices are awesome, super fast shipping too!

I picked up some food scales from Wal mart (Is there anything you can't get there???). I don't recall the price now as it was a couple years ago. I made a setup board using thick lexan, level vials, and adjusting bolts to level the surface for consistant data.
